The GMVY Flippers Swim Team is a competitive youth swim team located in Fairfield, Ohio. Swimmers range in age
from 5-18 years and compete in the Southwest Ohio YMCA Swim League.
The Great Miami Valley YMCA consists of multiple branch locations; the swim team practices at the East Butler
YMCA, located in Fairfield Township, Fitton (formerly Hamilton West Y) and the Fairfield YMCA.

Winter Short Course Season 2008-2009
All swimmers, new and returning, must complete the team registration forms prior to entering the pool at their first practice. For forms, contact the Fairfield YMCA.
The Winter Short Course meet schedule is posted on the meet entries page.
All meets as listed, will be attended by GMVY, unless posted as tentative. Coaches are also looking into 1-2 additional meets as well.

GL Scrips:
You can find a list of gift cards to purchase online at www.glscrip.com. Click under the
yellow "Retailer List." You do not purchase online. Completely fill our the order form
emailed to you from the GMVY Flippers email and return it with a check to FFY.
Deadline is October 20. The retailer list shows the percentage you will receive back
from each purchase. Each gift card has a different percentage. The money you raise
goes directly to your swimmer's team fee. Example: If you shop at Kohl's a lot, buy a
gift card (or two) to use. Every time you shop, you will receive 4% back to be applied
